The Saas is a fully furnished celebrity villa, where each piece of art deco and furnishings are hand selected to the owner’s pleasure. And it’s a joy to be in. The home is essentially 4 bedrooms, obviously everything within it’s walls are air con, from the spacious living and dining to the ensuite bedrooms plus the powder bathroom. Open the glass doors to a well landscaped lawn to your right and a large swimming pool to the left. Bang in front is the open styled Cabana, out the back is where your 2 cars can be parked with ease.
The villa itself is part of an villa project at Arpora, very close to everywhere that’s happening in Goa. Being centrally located you are close to the popular Baga with the infamous Tito Lane as well as busy Anjuna with Club Cabana and the Night Market a hop stop away. The Seis Villa adjoins an identical 4 bedroom villa (final stage underway). Larger groups will be able to hire both if befits their size.
The villa is perfect for relaxation. Our guests can soak up some sun, go to the beach, fall asleep in the easy cabana chairs or enjoy a nice meal on the terrace. It entrenched in a superb vibe but with high-end amenities and services.
The location of the estate is absolutely perfect, down a very silent closed road (hardly any traffic at all) with tall trees and old brownstone villas, yet minutes away from the heartland of Baga and Anjuna. The entire property is fully furnished. Guests here will soon realize that no expense has been spared to amplify comfort and luxury, The owners request you to respect their home.
The entrance of the villa has ample parking space, step within the home to a sprawling living room with 2 cassette air cons (4 tons each), stepped up to an open style dining and kitchen are. A short flight up brings you to the upper level underneath a massive candle chandelier.
One bedroom resides on the lower level and three on the upper. As can be expected all the bedrooms have double beds and are air con. They all also have private bathroom with full shower. Soft bed linen, comforters, hand / shower / pool towels are available for your convenience as are extra mattresses if you require them. The living area opens on to a cabana bordered to the left with a well filtered spacious swimming pool and to the right with a well landscaped lawn.
